Due to a. Kendlinger in Mühldorf succinctly as a "chain of unfortunate circumstances," died on 10.12. our beloved Mopskind Milly, only 9 months on the day after castration.
The shock and sorrow sit very deep, Milly was a particularly amiable and charming Mopsmädchen - we Versmissen much and are unnecessary deaths of these so very upset.
I wholeheartedly trust the vet and had to pay this vertauen with the death of little Milly. For us it was a baby, the veterinarian for a routine case ... but again, it should care and welfare of the young patients are important.
incomprehension, sadness, loss and also self-blame, anger and rage at the moment are my constant companions.
Milly is unforgettable for us stay - at any moment with her was love, joy and happiness. I lost to her not only a ravishing Mopsmädchen but a dear little friend.

Yes this is so fast The Christmas holidays are over and again, and the flourishing life returns. Apart from that, I hardly know anyone who was ever in a Christmas mood. Or I just ask the wrong in their opinion. For me, Christmas has already started even a little bit terrible. While the haircut but still very relaxing .. But what followed ... one would have guessed it even can. it were necessary only two steps and BUMMMM * * There lay Gracia on the road. And I see even more as my ankle a coarse Knicks. Since I grade at the time it was my Dad to call - then the degree was in my flight phase to the phone - I could say the same decision. You scared first cried. But it was the same salvation. A nice woman who accidentally drove her grad VW Passat past was, of course, immediately to the roadside and came to the rescue. Me first deposited on their front passenger seat, it was not long until Dad came. I hobbled from car to car. Rest home was first announced. For me the day went. Christmas no longer singing. But after Cannewitz to grandma, I had to with that. It was a beautiful afternoon to be honest although I was glad when we finally were back home. After that was brought already. It was beautiful. :) There were enough home furnishings.
21:15 clock ... my time. On what I was waiting all day. The station RBB showed once again the Christmas story "Three Wishes for Cinderella":) Always nice even if you have already seen it a thousand times * x * thihi

After the morning was still fairly stressful from Amsterdam, I was in the afternoon finally back home in Hoyerswerda. My parents saw for the first time how and where I live now. were terribly impressed:)

Everyone needs one that sometimes takes him by the hand. For none of us wants to be alone. Even in our childhood we are influenced to certain people. In general, these are the parents. For it may be that we will be left alone at some point and no one holds our hand. There are always situations in life that we just have to cope alone. It is not always stand beside us as mom and then, hold our hand. As on the first day of school. No, these moments, there will not always work. But opportunities. to give many chances in life in one second, a smile or a little heat. For only those who are will get it. Give away in the Advent season but just a kiss or a hug. Not cost you a cent. And certainly no great effort.
So remember: if you meet the next time your best friend, then take them but just in the arm and press it firmly to you. You will be pleasantly surprised and i take-up when in the arm ...

1 / 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 / 2 teaspoon grated nutmeg 1 teaspoon baking soda
..... ....................... heat in a pan gently and leave to cool.
60 g butter 100 g
vanilla sugar (homemade)
lemon zest (from 1 )..................... about BioZitrone 20 s / St 4 3 eggs until frothy
separate the yolks to the ground in about TM ........................... 20 s / St 4
Honey mixture ..................................... 10 s / h to give 5
300 g flour 1
tsp salt 1 Pr
........................................... ................. 20 s / Teigknetstufe
100g raisins 50g candied orange
75 g ground almonds ................ ................ 20 s / Teigknetstufe
beat the egg whites very stiff (in my case was done by the man for me ...) and stir into the mixture.
the inner pot Grease the Star Chef Deluxe, fill the earth and
"cake / oven, 50 - (make stick samples) 60 minutes bake
Buy removing from the tin, leave to cool and rest in aluminum foil two days in a cool place. .

The first thing I made in the new kitchen helper, was a ciabatta - and it succeeded very very good.
Here's the recipe:
"ciabatta" with the Star Chef Deluxe Multi Cooker
450 g wheat flour 50 g rye flour
15 g yeast 340 g water
1 tsp rye
1 / 2 teaspoon salt 10 g sugar
............................... 6 Min / Teigknetstufe, 1 min before 15 ml, add olive oil.
the dough with olive oil and brush it will be one hour, covered.
The use of multi-digester also oil, add the dough again for about 45 - go 60 minutes.
Ask When Star Chef Menu Program cake / Oven (Cake / Oven), timer set to 55 minutes, close the cover.
to achieve even browning of the bread, I have turned cautious about 15 minutes before the end of the bread.

Nature Valley Granola Used At Mcdonalds

My "kitchen equipment fleet" has grown since yesterday - a "Multi Cooker Deluxe Star Chef" is on my work surface and carries out his work ... and he is doing very well.
The trial run yesterday:
a ciabatta bread - it was wonderful, was fluffy and the color of her a real beauty!
Chili con carne - no grease spatters, the flavor is in the hands of the cook - but it worked just great! Today
follow now:
1 Wheat Spelt bread and just now in the pot 5 cups Creme Brulee.

500 g wheat flour type 550
15 g wheat sourdough (Powder)
1 / 2 tsp sugar 1 pinch of vitamin C powder
12 g salt 300 g
lukewarm water 15 g fresh yeast .................... .............. 6 Min / Teigknetstufe, covered bowl, then in about 1 hour to leave.
the dough into 3 pieces to share, about 35 cm long pull, place on baking sheet and keep it going for another 1 hour.
the baguette cut as desired, spray with water.
top-and bottom heat, 210 degrees, bake for about 25 minutes.
again After baking, sprinkle with thinly Waser.
Bon appetit!

I see One day on my calendar and have to say but horrified that I still live in September. We write today the 10/25/2010. October is almost back around. Autumn is already here and until my birthday there are only a few weeks.

The time has passed so quickly in recent months. The whole year has somehow pulled up to me by .. or we rather say it has pulled me with him. From a shitty beginning .. of highs and lows, with high points and lows, marked by sadness, hate but also love and happiness. A roller coaster feeling. A story - my story, my drama-their turn in the 7th has found 12 records. The start of something new. Something big.
My one and all. My companion. My other half. Unbelievable how fast it can develop from a precipice a field of flowers.

But what at least feels just great, is to be loved ...

Thermomix recipe for Mama Sarma Lissy "
One of my favorite recipes comes from my home Mama - sauerkraut with meat and rice balls, a kind of Sarma.
"Sarma for Mama Lissy"
1 clove garlic 500g minced ........ 6 s/St5
1 egg mixed
150 - 200 g cooked rice (perfect for groups )
noble sweet salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg to taste .............. 1 min / Teigknetstufe mix 1 can of sauerkraut
(large) 1 bay leaf
2 allspice berries 2 juniper ... ................ in pan, shape the meatballs and place on the cabbage, pour about 300 ml vegetable stock and about 1 hour hinköcheln softly to himself let.
To serve, even a dab of sour cream about possibly give ............ even potatoes with .... I wish you good appetite!
Tip: The court can be excellent in the crock pot cook for 1 hour high, 2 hours of low, done.

Ravioli Neapolitan style " for 6 servings of pasta
:
300 g flour 3 eggs
salt ........................... ....... 10 min / Teigknetstufe ....... let rest in foil.
Filling:
......................5s/St 100 g Parmesan cheese. 8 rub, transfer
5 sprigs of parsley
100 g ham .................. 6 S/St5
100 g ricotta cheese 1 egg
100 g mozzarella cheese (homemade for this recipe)
