"Whole wheat" in the BBA
My kitchen fleet has increased - yesterday Unold is the Track Master 5 in 1 Multi moved in with me.

"whole grain bread with seeds"
for 500 g of bread:
20 g Spelt flakes
20 g pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
20 g sesame seeds
20 g flaxseed
100 g hot water ...................... in the pan, let stand for about 2 hours
125 g water 30 g wheat sourdough
(fresh)
230 g whole wheat flour
70 g whole rye flour
8 g salt 1 / 2 cube yeast
program "Whole grain"
The bread has become loose and fluffy, the crust is crispy and the hole of the dough hook is really minimal, I think, can not easily be baking bread.
